Queen Elspeth sits on her throne, resting her feet on a giant green pencil sharpener and talking to the Zilch, the Skeletal God of Physiotherapy and Grim Reaper. The wall is decorated with more giant pencil sharpeners in red, blue and green. In the foreground, members of the Mummy Squad are welding bars to the top of the rut that the Queen had dug in the floor earlier in the story, by pacing the floor. The Mummy Squad Leader looks on. The Baron von Fieffelfalsfaffel lies on the floor next to the rut, concerned. The Countess Alcydia von Dönnerwetter is not in the picture, but her silverfox is looking angrily down into the rut. Smoke is billowing up from inside the rut.
